Welcome to my website!

This is quite long as it is the story of how I managed to lose weight despite of the hardships and laziness. Hope you learn something!

It was the end of the day of the year 2016, when I've made a decision to lose weight.

Why? It's just a simple reason: I'm tired of being fat.

I've been fat since my first year in high school up until now. I was always the skinny and have the most perfect body in my elementary years. I usually join beauty pageants and win some. So much for that, I have been fat my whole teenage life. My nightmare began when I graduated elementary and I just forgot how to eat right and how to be healthy. I guess all that so much eating rice caught up with me. I know that I became fat because of the rice. I'm Asian, and I know Asian just can't live without rice.

Then when I hit 65 kilograms, I thinks that was around 140 pounds, I really was determined to lose weight. For three months, I've been dieting and working out. I also have cheat days. Yeah, you read it right, I have cheat days, like two or three days in a row. I have lose weight doing dieting and working out on my own (that means I don't necessarily go to the gym because I was too shy to even show my face inside a gym). I lost 6-7 kilograms, that's around 15 pounds. I know I didn't lose that much weight but the people around me especially my family (whom did not see me for three months) noticed that I've lost some pounds.

So, summer vacation came, I did not take summer classes so I just stayed home. I was able to maintain the weight but after sometime, I've gained two to three pounds. But that was okay, i guess.

Summer, in the month of May, I went to Singapore and Malaysia for a training. You know, it's a different country, I explored, and ate their foods and had some fun. Luckily, I did not lose weight nor gain. I had really tried hard to still control my food portions. After three months of maintaining my weight, I got then tired of the weight, I got tired of being stock. So, then again, I started living healthy, and i was also freaking out that time because my photo shoot for my yearbook is coming. (P.S. I was a graduating student in college at that time.) Who wants to look fat in their yearbook? Not me. So I did a potato/fruit diet for a week. And so this is how I look at my yearbook.

During my photo shoot

Today, I'm at 119 bs. Hooray!
